Free UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped totally free of charge and are sent out via Royal Mail 24hr service!
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday normaly ship the same day and should arrive next day.
If you miss the 3pm cut off time please contact us before you place your order and we will do our best to ship it same day.
International Shipping
International shipping is based on the total weight of your order and will be calcualted at the checkout
All International Mail is shipped using a priority mail service and will require a signature on reciept
Estimated delivery time is 5-10 days
Returns and Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of reciept of item. The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging in an unworn and Resalable condition.
Please contact us before returning any items and ensure the items are returned in suitable packaging with the original sales invoice to make the refund process quicker and easier.
All refunds and exchanges should take place within 2-3 days of reciept of the item.
Return postage costs are paid by the buyer accept in the rare case that a wrong or faulty item has been sent.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
